Mr. Keough is an intellectual property attorney that assists clients with copyright, trademark, and trade secret legal issues, including helping clients to perfect IP rights and to resolve intellectual property disputes. Mr. Keough has enforced copyrights against infringers and has defended clients against allegations of copyright infringement, trademark infringement, and trade secret misappropriation.

He has assisted clients register well over 100 trademarks with the USPTO and various works with the U.S. Copyright Office, such as novels, musical works, motion pictures, technical drawings, and 3-D works of art. He has assisted individuals and businesses in various sectors of the marketplace, including the tech space, food services, entertainment, construction, fashion, and professional services.
